Rates Includes:

Terms And Conditions:
- Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM40.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast.
- Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
- Check In Time : 2.00 pm
- Airport transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or Group).
- Rates are applicable to the residents of Malaysian and Singapore only.
- Rates is valid from 11 November 2004 until 02 January 2005.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Extended check-out during Peak Period :
Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
- Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
- Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
